Cold Smoked Salmon
Salmon from Scourie on the west coast of Sutherland are carefully selected and prepared before being lightly smoked over oak dust and the shavings of whisky barrels from our local distillery to produce our unique flavour. Very popular as a classic starter or as part of a seafood platter.
The salmon can be sliced in either of two ways - Long cut - strips of salmon ideal for wrapping around prawns or other foods (whole side is used) or " D " cut - angled slices taken across the salmon width in packs of 200g - 400g.
